Quick projects, 2018-2021

These are a couple of entries for a monthly thing we used to do, a bunch of us who were terrain builders.

Bahgtru Gym: an orc gym made largely from giant animal skeletons, leather scraps, teeth, and wood.

Bahgtru's gym, front view. Blood-stained Open sign, and doorway made from gigantic animal bones.
Signs in Bahgtru's gym read: "Put rocks back" (a gym manager joke), and "lose weight now, cut off head", which would definitely work, but would also be terminal (in most cases).

Bahgtru’s Gym. I was working as a personal trainer & doing desk/customer service at a gym, and was wondering what an orc gym would be like.

Extremely angry roper who has been painted green, decorated, and dusted with fake snow. Not a happy camper.

Merry RoperMas! What if a village had a custom to go to a nearby cave, capture a roper, decorate them & then feed them sacrifices? This was probably the start of all of the Christmas themed work in later years. I was also listening to Acquisitions Inc.’s podcast episodes dealing with the Midwinter Festival & it gave me some funny ideas, but that is always what I could rely on from Chris Perkins & team.

nightmare sled belching clouds of smoke and flames, fueled by soul coins, making a terrible screeching sound as the sled runners scrape over the rocky landscape

Dashing Through Avernus This was a pandemic project. I took a bunch of thrift store stuff and decided that it was a weird, soul-coin-powered sled that was Mad-Maxed together in Avernus from a Neverwinter statue of a guy who loved sledding, which is weird for Neverwinter, but maybe he travelled a lot.
